Discover Gdańsk Jewellery Week

An invitation to the fascinating world of artistic jewellery

Gdańsk Jewellery Week is an experience that combines art with craftsmanship, modernity with history, and international inspiration with local identity.

Over the course of 3 days, visitors will have the opportunity not only to admire unique works, but also to learn about the process behind their creation, talk to the creators, and immerse themselves in the world of emotions captured in precious materials.
The main venue of Gdańsk Jewellery Week will be AMBEREXPO, in whose halls the trade fair, exhibitions and a series of programme events will take place.

Individual and group exhibitions

The most talented creators from Poland and abroad will present their collections in galleries, museums and public spaces. Each exhibition tells its own story — a narrative expressed through form, material and idea.

Panel discussions and meetings with artists

The inspiring panels will also touch on topics of style, fashion, personal expression and the role of jewellery in the modern world. Participants will get to know not only the artists' craft, but also their perspective on the changing approach to the body, form, luxury and authenticity.

Workshops and live demonstrations

The interactive part of the week – participants will be able to try their hand at making jewellery, learn jewellery-making techniques, and see how a work of art emerges from seemingly ordinary materials.

Fair space and showrooms

A unique opportunity to buy original jewellery directly from the artists. This is where design lovers meet the creators – no middlemen, no mass production – just passion, quality and originality.

The amber star, a gift to St. Mary's Basilica from Międzynarodowe Targi Gdańskie

The first amber star on the vault of St. Mary's Basilica

On Friday a unique star, made of amber, was hung on the vault of St. Mary's Basilica in Gdańsk. It was donated to the parish by Międzynarodowe Targi Gdańskie, where Gdańsk Jewellery Week, a festival of jewellery, craft and amber-related art, takes place in just a week's time.
