The Amber and Jewellery Zone is the trade part of Gdańsk Jewellery Week. For three days, visitors buy amber, designer jewellery and goldsmith's work at the stands. These are the same people who, on that day, view the exhibitions, take part in workshops and listen to talks with creators.
Gdańsk Jewellery Week is B2C in character - its audience is end customers. Visitors come for a finished product, not a wholesale contract, and it's worth planning your display, stock levels and stand staffing with that in mind. Anyone who buys a ticket can be a visitor.
People who want to view and buy jewellery buy a ticket to the zone. You show your work to an audience interested in the art of goldsmithing and craftsmanship — you don't have to look for them yourself.
The Zone operates right at the heart of Gdańsk Jewellery Week — alongside exhibitions, shows and workshops led by renowned artists and craftspeople. Your stand becomes part of that programme.
Gdańsk has been famous for amber for centuries, and the October weekend at AMBEREXPO brings its audience together in one place. Three days for sales, new contacts and building brand recognition.

Open to visitors from 10:00–18:00. Exhibitors have earlier access to the hall.

From the evening of 4 October to noon on 5 October.
Reception does not issue exhibitor badges. You print parking passes from the system; from 2 to 4 October, entry to the fair grounds is only possible with a pass bearing a hologram sticker.
MTG does not insure the exhibitor's property. Arrange your own insurance for civil liability and property located on the fair grounds: exhibits, equipment and devices, stand construction and fittings, private property and company vehicles. Cover should include assembly, the fair itself, and dismantling.
